I'm LaDawn Williams Bailey, the owner and Executive Director of Platinum Lining Events and the Lead, Certified Wedding Planner! I'm so passionate about weddings and events and I love creating memorable moments for my clients. I have been married for 14 great years, I believe in marriage. My two other loves are Bella and Maxx my wonderful Chihuahua's, they are my kids and I say "my" because my husband refuses to claim them!

Aside from planning Weddings and Events, I LOVE to shop, mostly for shoes and purses and my favorite stores are Nordstrom, Gucci and H&M! I LOVE to mix high and low items together.  I'm so addicted to my Blackberry and my iPad! I LOVE my Keurig Coffee maker and I have one cup of coffee every morning, which really helps get my day started because I'm not a morning person!

Most importantly, I LOVE all things Weddings. My family says I Eat, Breath and Dream about weddings. It's true! I have found my passion in life and I feel so blessed that I get to do it every day!

Allan Bailey is my husband and our Logistics Director. My left hand (because he’s left handed). Nothing moves forward without his approval. He is in charge of the functional operations of PLE (the back office). He also Manages our Event Security Division and handles a team of officers for all of our event security needs.

Jamila Williams is our Senior Event Manager. Jamila has been working for PLE for over 10 years. She started out as LaDawn's assistant and quickly worked her way up to a Senior Event Manager. She usually co-coordinates with LaDawn on most events and she owns the spirit of getting it done no matter what! There isn't anything that she won't do to make sure an event is flawless. She takes charge at the events and makes sure every detail is handled to the highest standard.

Gina Haymond is our Event Manager and Sales & Marketing Manager. Gina will primarily focus on all of our “Month Of” weddings. Gina has over twenty years of professional customer service at a reputable corporation. During those years, she had the pleasure of planning events such as Holiday and Seasonal Parties, Sales Rallies, Sales Promotions, Mixers, and Networking events. Those events sparked her true passion for planning weddings which she has been doing for over ten years. Gina has been married for 17 “wonderful” years and has 5 precious children. Now she is bringing her expertise to PLE. She has a passion for wedding and event planning, a positive energy and infectious attitude. I have personally known Gina for over 10 years and I am excited that she is finally part of the PLE team!

Jessica Walters is our “Day-Of” Senior Event Coordinator. Jessica just started with PLE in 2011 and she has quickly proven her dedication, attention to detail and commitment to exceptional customer service. Jessica just got engaged and is planning her September 2012 wedding and PLE will be right there to make sure everything is perfect!

Spencerritta "Rita" Watkins is our Event Designer. Rita comes from a retail background with over 25 years of customer service experience. She knows design and is our creative guru and she helps bring all of our events to life. Rita has worked for PLE for over 9 years. She is our last minute Diva, all of the last minute details and touches are handled by Rita!

Rocia Llamas is an Event Specialist and has been with PLE for 5 years. She jumped right in on her first event and earned stripes immediately! She works hard and thinks on her feet quickly and has a solution for all things! She is a huge asset to the PLE team.
